Camp Terms & Conditions
By registering for Camp Yonnie, you agree to these policies and procedures.

E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS:
We use email as our primary means of communication for confirmations of registration, receipts, and general correspondence. Please check your email provider’s spam protection to ensure that [email protected] is defined as a safe address so that emails from us will not be blocked.

ENROLLMENT:
Enrollments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

MAINTAINING SAFE/POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT:
Camp Yonnie has the sole discretion, without advanced notice, to (a) reject or dismiss a camper, without refund (b) conduct a search of personal belongings of a camper if reasonable suspicion is present or (c) act in loco parentis if necessary.

COMMUNICATION
All campers and parents/guardians grant Camp Yonnie permission to use email addresses, cell and home phone numbers, and mailing addresses for communication purposes regarding billing issues, reminders, alerts, promotions, promotional announcements, or general questions concerning the camper.

AUTHORIZATION OF CAMPER PRODUCT USE
Enrolling in Camp Yonnie means that all campers and their families agree to allow images, videos, crafts, voice recordings, statements, drawings, etc. containing the camper(s) and family participants to be used in any promotional photos and Camp Yonnie social media accounts, including but not limited to print ads, social media, Camp Yonnie Newsletters, JFSM (Jewish Federation of Sarasota Manatee) media, etc. If you have an extenuating circumstance that would prevent your camper from being photographed, please contact our Camp Director, Bethany Leinweber, directly.
